Midvale Heights was first settled in the 1850s.  By 1950 there were multiple subdivisions in the area and Midvale Heights Neighborhood Association was created in 1954 to encompass many of the neighborhoods and create a stronger community.  

Located on Madison's near west side and including over 1,300 homes Midvale Heights is Madison's largest neighborhood.  Quick commutes to downtown via bike, car, walking and a short drive to the west side and Verona - Midvale is a desirable neighborhood. Located close to Hildale Mall, Many Local restaurants, coffee shops, there is always something new to check out right next door. 

Midvale Heights homes were built between the 1940's throughout the 1960's and have many unique architectural styles.  Typically, Midvale Heights will see between 50-100 homes a year for sale.  Prices can very from $350,000 to $700,000 depending on home size, lot size, location within the neighborhood, and condition of the home.
