History
Development started in the mid 1940's and greatly increased in the 1950's and was finished towards the end of the 1960's. With around 1,000 residences built during such a short period of time walking through the neighborhood feels like a trip in time.

Centrally located on Madison's West Side and just minutes from downtown. Quick commutes by car and bike via the beltline and the southwest commuter path. Multiple Madison Metro Routes go through the Neighborhood.

Having grown up in New Glarus and raised in the Madison area I have extensive knowledge of Madison and surrounding rural communities. I attended college at UWP and have a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. Prior to becoming a realtor I worked in the Residential Construction Industry as a Project Manager for over 10 years. My passion for the building industry revolved around providing exceptional customer service to clients while helping them build their dream homes.
Leveraging my experience as a home builder and my passion for building long term relationships with clients I am known as a realtor that helps buyers understand homes from a construction perspective. With the ability to educate buyers about the construction of homes they are looking at, describing the current age and conditions affecting the property, and discussing possible changes to the home I am able to provide buyers with a better understanding of risks involved in real estate.
I have been a realtor for over 10 years and am known for outstanding customer service and being available to my clients 24/7. I always focus on putting my clients best interests first. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decision possible.
When I am not busy working I can be found spending time with my, three amazing little ones, and two crazy dogs. A long run, bike ride, camping, or just spending time outdoors is a great way to enjoy a few hours or days away from real estate.
